Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Experience with financial reporting or operational accounting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems.
Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities in ambiguous and evolving areas of scope.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills, and experience with ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, processes, preparation/review of journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet and profit and loss variance analysis, and the generation of timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
Compile and maintain meticulous audit files to meet the requirements of International, Cloud, and external auditors.
Create detailed documentation for all processes and tasks, ensuring that it remains current and reflects any changes in the evolving business environment.
Identify risks and inefficiencies in existing control environments, design and implement scalable solutions that elevate manual processes to semi-automated or fully automated workflows.
Manage data consistency across various systems and take ownership of related Intercompany Pricing and Elimination (IPE) testing.
