Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial records and transactions of our organization. This is a Full-Time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting
• Supervise and support junior accounting staff
