Senior Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for monthly compilation of P&L and Balance Sheet, Finalization of balance sheet of all group company and personal accounts.

Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working & quarterly returns, Advance tax & E-payment, GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation & Filing, Month/Quarter/Year End closing, Individual Accounting, MIS Reports, Reconciliations, Banking accountant with working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation, auditing.

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

The incumbent will be responsible for day to day accounting in ERP, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, LC, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Statutory Audits

Account Executive will be responsible to manage all accounting operations on daily basis including bookkeeping, preparing and filing ITR, TDS, GST returns, reconciliation of bank accounts, coordination, completion of annual audits, preparing, reviewing of financial reports as necessary.

To handle TDS related compliance.

Required Candidate profile:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Accounting or related field. Chartered Accounts would be preferred

With more than 10 years of relevant experience

Familiarity with accounting software packages

Excellent analytical and time management skills

Strong numeracy skills

Keen attention to details

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the generally accepted Accounting Principles

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Good understanding of accounting standards

Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular).

Experience with Trading, Manufacturing Firm preferred.
