Job Summary:
This profile involves leading the client and campaign strategy, own the day-to-day client relationships, and ensure
campaigns are delivered as per the client's requirement within the given time frame.
- Account Management:
- Be the agency's face & handle client interaction for projects related to social media, SEO, ORM, Performance Marketing etc.
- Understand client's requirements & suggest solutions.
- Thorough study of market & competitors & devise strategies for the brand.
- Scope, estimate & develop plans using digital media platforms to deliver demonstrable results & ROI.
- Ensure effective delivery of client programs, to target, time & budget.
- Devise content strategies that can create virality.
- Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects
- Team Management:
- Oversee a team of Account Management staff, across multiple projects
- Mentoring junior staff and evaluating candidates for promotions, added responsibilities, and increments
- Assigning KRAs and making sure team members understand the job description well.
- Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in co-ordination with HR
- Providing orientation to new joiners & on the job training
- Co-ordination:
- Lead the projects & provide all the creative & technical support required.
- Closely work with the Design & Copy team to deliver the project as per client's requirement. Full

- Keeping track of ongoing projects.
