What you'd be doing in this role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies, managing high-profile accounts, and driving engagement and growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively
with the design team and other stakeholders to elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms.
1. Content Creation & Copy writing:
Develop, write, and curate engaging and compelling content for social media posts across all platforms for brands. Provide creative input to the design team to ensure all content is visually appealing and aligned with brand
aesthetics
2. Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement effective social media strategies for our brands. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for
optimization.
3. Platform Management:
Oversee and manage presence of brands on all major social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a strong online
community.
4. Boosting & Advertising:
Manage and optimize social media boosting campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
5. Brand Management:
Work with high-profile brands, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media channels. Maintain a nuanced understanding of brand goals and target audience to tailor content and strategies accordingly
6. Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Integrate new trends into social media strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant
What are we seeking
A social media enthusiast with minimum of 5-6 years of experience in social media management with experience working in digital makreting agency
Proven experience as a copywriter, capable of crafting engaging and creative posts
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies
Extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices
Prior experience managing social media for 2-3 brands with at least 100k+ followers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
