Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our team at Getfive Advisors. In this pivotal role, you will manage accounts, operations, and contribute to administrative functions to support the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure timely submissions, including GST returns, TDS returns, and ITR filings.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Organize and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Tally).

Budgeting and Reporting

  • Manage budgets and perform detailed financial analyses.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Banking Operations

  • Ensure timely processing of bank payments and conduct regular bank reconciliations.

Administrative Support

  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including maintaining office supplies, overseeing vendor payments, and handling general office operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial and administrative workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Minimum Master's degree (M.Com, MBA, or CA Inter).

Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and administrative roles.

Skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
