Years of Exp 7-8
Reporting AGM
Key pointer- 7 to 8 years of experience specially in the below field and preferably from real estate/Mall industry.
1)Finalisation of books of account as per Ind As accounting
2)Sound knowledge of GST related law
3)Sound knowledge of tax audit/Direct tax
4)MIS
5)Revenue assurance and cost control
6)Finance related work like coordination with Bank/ICRA rating etc
