Designation : Sr Account Executive

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

• Banking (booking receipts and payments to vendors)
• Booking of expenses and proper accounting of provisions
• Following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
• Reconciling accounts ledger and ensuring all payments are posted correctly.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounts aging reports to identify overdue accounts and minimize days sales outstanding.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address payment issues effectively.
• Maintaining thorough and organized documentation of all accounts
• Sales reconciliation with various channels.
• Knowledge of TDS and GST

Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Experience with accounting software (Tally)/ Business Central
• Knowledge of Advance Excel
