The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Following up on payment with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring correct booking of received payments.
- Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts.
- Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
- Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year.
- Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
- Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Accounts Receivable / AR or Financial Planning & Analysis role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Automotive and Media & Entertainment industry.
- You have working knowledge of MS Excel Advance, Tally and ROC Complaince
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
