Managing social media & digital initiatives with a 25 member team which includes, strategists, social media specialists, creative copy, graphic designers & motion graphic designers
Monitoring & Managing the results and KPIs defined for account success
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
Lead point of contact for all customer account management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients
Identify areas of improvement to meet upselling objectives
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the engagement.
Identifying industry trends.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Client Servicing Executive
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Experience with Project Management Systems (eg; Clickup, Jira etc.)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
