- Require a pleasant personality to work as counsellor for young students and help them understand the importance of navigating a career.
- Must be a good listener and be trained in matching candidate needs to a future career.
- Academic counsellors are responsible for helping shape young minds with care and affection and not with the use of force..
- To handle local marketing and promotion activities
- To take telephonic counselling for potential student leads
- To document and manage database of potential student leads
- To conduct face to face counselling for students who visits branch
- To take care of all joining formalities for students
- To ensure online study material access and issue printed study materials to students on time
- To ensure the fee collection from students as per the due dates
- To coordinate with faculties in forming new batches and initiate promotion activities
- To issue certificate on completion courses and exit formalities
- To support students in identifying suitable jobs from company portal
- To conduct seminars or workshops on periodical basis
- To ensure proper documentation of all records on regular basis
