Academic Counselor- Software Training Institute
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Academic Counselor to join our team at The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and assistance to students pursuing software training courses to help them achieve their educational and career goals.
Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions with students to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and training needs.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on course selection, curriculum planning, and career pathways in the field of software development.
Assist students in setting academic goals and developing action plans to achieve them, including identifying resources and support services available to them.- Serve as a liaison between students and instructors to address academic concerns, resolve conflicts, and facilitate communication.
Monitor students progress throughout their training program, tracking attendance, performance, and participation, and providing timely feedback and encouragement.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on topics such as career development, job search strategies, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrollment information, academic transcripts, and counseling notes.- Stay informed about developments in the field of software training and technology to better support students educational and career goals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- Utilize your understanding of the education industry to provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students.
Interact with students, addressing inquiries and assisting with the admissions process to ensure a positive experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet monthly targets through effective communication and outreach strategies.
Maintain records and manage all aspects of the admission process efficiently.
