Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Technical)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter with specialized expertise in the semiconductor industry to join our team. 5. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
6. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for specific non-technical roles and cultural alignment with client companies.
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
