Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the incorporation and registration of new companies, including the preparation and submission of necessary documents.
- Provide ongoing compliance support to clients, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and maintain corporate documents such as minutes of meetings, resolutions, and agreements.
- 2. Compliance Management:
- Handle routine compliance tasks including the filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory forms.
- Monitor and ensure timely compliance with changes in corporate laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review compliance reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of applications for various regulatory approvals and certifications.
- Provide support in the preparation of board meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records, including share registers and director records.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding compliance and secretarial matters.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information and advice.
- Support clients in resolving compliance issues and implementing best practices.
- 5. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support related to company secretarial functions, including document management and scheduling.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Semi-qualified Company Secretary with progress towards completing CS (Company Secretary) examinations or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Practical experience in company secretarial functions, including incorporation and compliance, is preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with company secretarial software is a plus.
