Role Description
- The role primarily acts as an enabling role between the DEM role (who interfaces with the marketing strategist for various brands) and the agencies that does projects for the marketing assets
- They handle all the SOW, PO and related documentation for various projects within the marketing plans for brands.
- Vendor billing, project approvals, budget tracking, GRN are some of SEM functions.
- They work on multiple internal platforms like TACTPLAN, PRISMA, Mercury, Ariba and so on for enabling these functions.
Responsibilities:
- MODE
- Owner of budget related meetings(Monthly/Quarterly reconciliations)
- Conduct Monthly Goods Receiving
- Relevant Input management in PRISMA, Mercury and SAP
- Support in TACTPLAN for independent agencies
- PO co-owner and support in invoicing and resolutions
- Finance
- Lead Finance discussions with Brand/Agencies in collaboration with MODE
- Brand
- Provide Guidance/Approval on budget allocation or adjustment in new or existing scope
- Provide Agency POC and direct queries to MODE
- Agency
- Update TactPlan regularly
- Align with MODE/Brand for any changes
- Planning and resourcing for assigned activities
- Communicate changes in scope, budgets, monthly spend to MODE/Brand
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in SEM or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools beyond Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
