Job Description

  • Role Description: We are looking for Seller Account Specialists with more than 1 years of experience in Seller Account Management (Like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Noon, Awok or any eCommerce) or any related field
  • The ideal candidate is someone that has extensive experience in leading and managing projects and teams
  • Can simultaneously stay on top of Market Place s marketing trends, & has experience with creating and optimizing listings
  • Possesses a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills
  • Job Description: Platform Management: Oversee and manage our seller accounts, ensuring product listings are optimized for search visibility and conversions
  • Product Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new product opportunities, analyze competitors, and assess market demand
  • Product Optimization: Optimize product listings based on research findings, including crafting compelling product descriptions, keywords, and images
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive sales
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve business goals
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience by managing reviews, addressing issues promptly, and overseeing timely order fulfillment
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to keep our strategies innovative and competitive
  • Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, Noon
  • with a strong background in product research
  • Product Research: Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth market research, identify new product opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on market insights
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, suppliers, and customers
