Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on automation using Java and Selenium.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability.
Execute test cases, log defects, and track issues through resolution.
Perform regression testing and ensure the quality of the software.
Analyze test results and provide reports to stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Proven experience in software testing, particularly in automation.
Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
