We are seeking a highly skilled Selenium Architect to join our team in Bangalore on a contractual basis. As a Selenium Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium WebDriver. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Develop automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand testing requirements and priorities.
- Perform code reviews and provide guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in the testing process.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in test automation and implement them as needed.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working as a Selenium Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Pay: 1,500,000.00 - 1,600,000.00 per year
