Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive guest attendance.
- Create campaigns that align with seasonal trends, customer needs, and organizational goals.
- ATL, BTL Marketing, Vendor Management.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for integrated marketing campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand image across all communication channels.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the park's online presence, including website updates, social media management, and email campaigns.
- Utilize SEO and analytics tools to optimize digital campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Event Promotions:
- Plan and promote events like festive celebrations, corporate gatherings, and school group packages.
- Partner with local businesses and organizations to expand promotional efforts.
Market Research:
- Analyze visitor feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct surveys and research to assess customer preferences and expectations.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Track ROI for all marketing activities and provide detailed performance reports.
Requirements- Experience: 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Ability to plan and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, particularly in the hospitality or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record in achieving marketing targets.
Preferred Experience- Marketing experience in Malls, Cinemas, publications, Event companies, water parks, amusement parks, or theme parks.
- Familiarity with regional markets and customer behaviours.
