Segment Manager - Water Projects (STP & EPTC)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Segment Manager to lead and manage our water projects, including STP (Sewage Treatment Plants) and EPTC (Effluent Treatment and Purification Projects). The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of the projects, from tendering to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tender preparation, bidding, and securing contracts for water projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of STP and EPTC projects.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project execution.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Provide solutions to challenges during project implementation and delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in managing water projects (STP/EPTC or similar).
- Strong knowledge of tendering, project management, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
