Security Tools L2

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in server/network administration/operations.

Education Qualification BE or BTECH

4+ years of IT industry experience

2 Factor authentication administration and operation experience.

Basic Knowledge of Secure RSA, AAA, network device monitoring tools

Candidate with CCNA/MCSE/Red Hat will be given preference.

Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/Cent OS/Windows Server OS.

Should have knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Web Proxy, Multi factor authentication solutions.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.

Knowledge of monitoring tool and process.

L2 Troubleshooting skills on Application level.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Team player and willing to work in 24*7 environment.

Familiar in network routing and network switch protocols, Wireshark, TCP/IP and technologies.

Familiar with change management and ITIL processes
