Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Security Support Analyst to join our 24/7 security operations team. This role involves providing support to Halma group's centralized infrastructure by performing real-time monitoring of malicious activities, analyzing logs, and identifying attack patterns to ensure timely response to infiltration attempts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in real time.
• Analyze logs to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Manage technical support requests related to security devices integrated into Halma's infrastructure.
• Provide first-line support for Halma and its subsidiary companies infrastructure security.
• Collaborate with the security team to enhance security posture and improve response strategies.
• Document security incidents and maintain comprehensive reports.

Experience:

• Total experience: 3-5 years.
• Exposure to security technologies including Incident Response, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Sentinel.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies like Microsoft 365 ATP Defender, Endpoint Manager (Intune - conditional access/MDM/MAM), and KQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with vendor firewalls and remote access solutions.
• Good to have: Experience with Cato Networks (VPN and Firewall), Azure Active Directory, and Data Leak Prevention technologies.
