Key Responsibilities:
Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing:
- Conduct comprehensive penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in client systems, applications, and networks.
- Perform hands-on hacking and vulnerability assessments to enhance security measures.
- Leverage bug bounty programs and advanced exploitation techniques to uncover potential security threats.
Client Collaboration and Pre-sales Engagements:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security requirements and concerns.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss security architecture, provide expert recommendations, and address inquiries.
- Lead pre-sales engagements by demonstrating technical expertise and building trust with potential clients.
Proposal and Documentation Development:
- Contribute to the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) by providing technical expertise and assisting in proposal creation.
- Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables of cybersecurity projects.
Security Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement robust security solutions based on client needs, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation for security solutions.
- Continuous Learning and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the organization's security solutions are cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred) with 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Penetration Tester or a related role, with a strong focus on ethical hacking and vulnerability assessments.
- Hands-on experience with bug bounty programs and advanced exploitation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Proficiency in designing security architectures and solutions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience leading pre-sales engagements.
- Experience in creating and responding to RFPs and SOWs.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
