Job Overview
The Security Operations role at Bloofield Management Services LLP is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Security. As a Security Operations professional, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective security measures to protect our clients premises and assets.
Qualifications And Skills

- Strong knowledge of security systems, fire safety, and CCTV surveillance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage security operations effectively
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to security incidents
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Roles And Responsibilities
- Implement security protocols and procedures to protect company assets and premises
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify any security risks or breaches
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to minimize risks
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and actions taken
