SECURITY OFFICER

Job Location : Gummadidala Village, Gummadiala Mandal, Sanga Reddy District (TELANGANA)

Responsibilities:

Job Brief: We are looking for Ex-Serviceman (NCO/JCO Cadre) for Assistant Security Officer position to improve our Food products operations at Gummadidala plant by disciplined approach right from Security Gate entries with proper checks, Ensuring Safety, hygienic operations, Manpower control, CCTV Surveillance etc.

Job Location: Gummadidala Village, Gummadiala Mandal, Sanga Reddy District (TELANGANA)

Candidate should be Ready to relocate to Gummadidala with or without family if they are far to the Job Location.

Candidate Ready to Join under Full Time Contract Employment. (FTC)

Employment: Day General Shift for 12 hours (08 AM to 08 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

An assistant security officer's duties and responsibilities include:

Monitoring staff, visitors, and vendors, and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people

Enforcing Plant operation staff/ other employees to follow FMCG industrial safety guide lines.

Securing all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations of the day.

Ensuring FMCG industries food safety norms right from the Entry gate point, throughout the plant premises till the time employee exists from the Gate.

Ensure employees are generally required to wearclean sets of uniforms, including shirts, pants, hair nets, appropriate shoes, and aprons

Maintaining access control cards and keys, preparing clearance forms, and maintaining security documentsand employees attendance.

Ensuring compliance with security regulations, detecting and reporting irregularities, and making suggestions for improvement

Responding to alarm activations and providing required assistanceas per the situation demands.

Monitoring surveillance cameras to prevent misfortune at the site

De-escalating situations, instructing individuals per company policy, and enforcing safety rules

Regularly patrolling premises to maintain order and establish presence

Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area

Supervising guards/Cleaning Staff/workers on the duty

Delivering accurate, timely, and clear reports to appropriate superiors/Management

To report matters to the police as per directions of authorities in case any unlawful activities found in the plant premises.

Computer skills on MS Office, CC Camera monitoring.

Sound independent judgement.

Protect against fraud & theft of the Organization assets.

Make recommendation to Management on how to improve internal controls and Governance.

Ensure that the Organization is Complying with relevant laws & statutes.

Have an eye to detail in observing all documents and also material.

Monitor material in and Out and entries.

Toperform deskworkas andwhen required.Any otherduties that may beassigned to him from time totimeby his superiors

Job Requirements:

1 Qualifications

a.Intermediate/Bachelor's Degree

The Assistant Security Officer have detailed knowledge of Security/ Gate control and reporting, organizational structure, best practices and procedures. Has general knowledge of the different aspects of General Administration also.

2 Experience

1-2 years experience in Assistant Security Officer with a major company (OR)

1-2 years experience in various Security / Administration aspects, logistics, operations,

3-Special Requirements

Assistant Security Officer should be proficient in written and oral communication (Telugu), both in the dominant language(s) of their particular location. Excellent communication skills are essential. Confident in act Good Speaking Skills.

4- Personal Characteristics

Ability to command and control employees, physical checks, surveillance checks, identify Shortfalls of Security/safety procedures and the capacity to translate findings into meaningful recommendations and to communicate such findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner in the Security and safety report. Active sense of Food Safety precaution at Food processing premises. Plant safety operations awareness. Tact, discretion and self - assurance. Capability to adapt to continually changing work environments and to work both alone and as a member of a team. Willingness to undertake any assigned task and travel as required.

Qualification: Inter / Any Degree

Experience 5 - 10 year's

Retired Defence Personel from Army, RPF, BSF Will be preferred.
