Responsibilities:
1. Physical Security:
- Oversee and implement security protocols for company premises, including access control, surveillance, and visitor management.
- Collaborate with facility management to conduct risk assessments and recommend security enhancements.
2. Information Security:
- Develop, implement, and manage information security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection.
3. Personnel Security:
- Conduct background checks for new hires and vendors.
- Provide security awareness training and ensure adherence to security policies.
4. Emergency Response:
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and first responders for effective crisis management.
5. Technology Integration:
- Possess knowledge and experience with Ccure 9000 or similar security management systems.
- Integrate and manage security technologies to enhance overall security posture.
6. Incident Management:
- Investigate and report security incidents, breaches, or violations.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on incident findings.
7. Security Audits and Compliance:
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address security-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Security, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Security Manager in an IT or technology-focused company.
- In-depth knowledge of Ccure 9000 or similar security management systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CPP) will be an added advantage.
