נIncident Management, Incident analysis and closer of the incidents.
נGood to have-CASB experience.
נBased on data severity we will be taken Corrective action commendation (Waring letter, written counselling) and close the incidents within SLA.
נCreating the new policies as per business requirement
נFinetuning the existing policies as per business requirements.
נExperience in creating the response rules in policies to educate the end-users and block the data.
נWhitelisting the policies as per business requirements.
נExperience on ticketing tools like Service Now.
נCreating Monthly and weekly reports and PPTs.
נWorking knowledge of Endpoint Agents monitoring and troubleshooting the critical issues.
נSupporting for Monitor and Managing DLP Endpoint Agents from the console.
נDLP server monitoring and Health checks on a Daily basis
