We are seeking diligent and observant Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a firm but fair approach in dealing with all individuals on-site.
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people into the property.
Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report them to appropriate authorities.- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Control traffic by directing drivers.
- Perform first aid or CPR if necessary.
Perform periodic checks of security systems and equipment.- Conduct security checks over a specified area.
