Roles and Responsibilities
- Optimize AV platform usage through policy refinement.
- Identify opportunities to mitigate issues associated with AV platforms.
- Assist in the design of robust AV policies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current policies and suggest improvements.
- Support day-to-day operations of AV tools.
- Contribute to the development of processes and workflows to support AV solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance and compliance standards of the Trend Micro security/CrowdStrike environment.
- Identify and propose process and technical enhancements for the environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing AV platforms.
- 2-3 years of experience in deploying AV platforms and optimizing policies.
- Proficiency in administration, including configuration and resolution of complex security issues for enterprise endpoints/servers across diverse locations.
- Thorough understanding of Trend Deep Security, Trend Micro Apex One, VISION one, XDR, and CrowdStrike Antivirus, along with their supporting modules (e.g., Antivirus, Antimalware, IPS, endpoint protection, machine learning, etc.).
- Strong grasp of Active Directory groups.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Extensive experience with Trend Deep Security policy implementation.
- Familiarity with Host-Based Intrusion Prevention Systems.
