Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Engineer to lead the deployment and migration of email security solutions to Microsoft Defender for Office 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the migration process, ensuring that clients email systems are fully protected and compliant with security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO) for clients.
- Manage the end-to-end migration process from existing email security solutions to MDO.
- Ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption during the migration process
- Integrate MDO with other security tools and platforms as required.
- Customize and configure MDO to meet specific client security policies and requirements.
- Set up and optimize security features such as spam filtering, malware detection, and phishing protection.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their current email security setup and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices for deploying and configuring MDO.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as Security Engineer.
- Strong understanding of MS Defender for Office
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
