Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Awareness Program Manager. The Security Awareness Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with implementing and maintaining the security awareness training program. This includes developing and delivering training materials, conducting security assessments, monitoring and reporting on user compliance, and continuously improving the program to address emerging threats.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Network Security skills
• Program Management and Analytical Skills
• Experience in developing and delivering security awareness training programs
• Knowledge of phishing attacks and other common cybersecurity threats
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
