Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architect/Engineer with extensive experience in Zscaler, InsightIDR, Proofpoint, and CrowdStrike EDR solutions. The successful candidate will support and manage these security platforms, assist in troubleshooting and resolving security issues, and collaborate with Level 3 engineers to enhance the organization's security posture.
Support And Manage Security Solutions:
Deploy, configure, and maintain Zscaler cloud security services.
Manage InsightIDR for real-time threat detection and incident response.
Administer Proofpoint email security and data protection solutions.
Oversee CrowdStrike Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) implementations.
Ensure all security systems are updated and functioning optimally.
Assist In Troubleshooting And Resolving Security Issues:
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Respond promptly to security alerts and events to mitigate risks.
Document incidents, root cause analyses, and remediation steps.
Collaborate With Level 3 Engineers To Enhance Security Posture:
Work alongside L3 engineers to design and implement advanced security measures.
Participate in security architecture planning and policy development.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for security frameworks.

Proven hands-on experience with Zscaler cloud security platforms.
