SECTION MANAGER NPI
Your Responsibilities
- Lead technical gap & risk analysis including mitigation actions before new sample start.
- Responsible for planning/providing technical representative for TFC, parameters setup, sample build monitoring and well-being.
- Lead cross functional team to resolve technical related issue affecting sample build.
- Interface to Manufacturing Engineering team for sample build review.
- Lead new machine/ process/material optimization related to new products.
- Lead technical related readiness and process/parameters lock-in.
- Lead technical related yield improvement and alignment with stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing industry
- Good Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking.
- Good Communication, both verbal and written in English.
- Self-motivating ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
