Job description

The Security Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations at construction or real estate sites. This role includes ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and equipment by implementing and maintaining effective security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for construction sites.Monitor and supervise security personnel, ensuring they follow protocolsand procedures.Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the site to identify and address security risks.

2.Manage and enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized personnel enter the site.Issue and manage identification badges andpasses for employees, contractors, and visitors.

3.Oversee the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems (CCTV) and other security equipment.Monitor live feeds and recorded footage todetect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities.

4.Develop and implement emergency response plans for various security incidents.Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and incidents, documenting findings and actions taken.

5.Train security personnel on site-specific security procedures and emergency response protocols.Conduct regular drills and training sessions toensurestaff readiness.

6.Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.Prepare and submit regular security reports to the Site Manager/ProjectManager.

7.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations and industry standards.Implement and enforce health and safety regulationsrelated to site security.
