SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure management of schedules and appointments with both internal and with external stakeholders; timely management of emails and telephone calls.
- HOD's Office Management, Calendar Management, Travel and Stay Booking, Conference Registrations; Noting Minutes of the Meeting for Secondary School staff (by default) and HOD's meetings (on request).
- Coordinate with Non-Academic and Academic departments for smooth execution of Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), Meetings and Events/Activities.
- Tracking Attendance, Lateness and Early Exits of students and teachers, and subsequent coordination for penalties (if any). Student Absenteeism to be recorded and specific measures to be undertaken as per school policies.
- Key Management for Student Lockers; Liaison with teachers in case of lost keys and subsequent fines and records of the same; Coordinating for locker maintenance during summer break for the next academic year.
- Stationery and question papers for exams to be arranged and kept ready; Coordinate with other departments for arranging exam rooms and requirements.
- Maintaining and updating teachers and students lists on the server, as well as subject choice lists on the server.
- Coordinate with parents and teachers, handle queries and keep them informed of any notices, updates or other important announcements.
- Relevant and required reports to be updated from time to time.
- Performing various administrative support duties that are highly sensitive and confidential.
- Facilitating day to day activities within the section.
- Follow up with various departments over pending issues.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Head of Primary.
