Job Description

  • Implementing Optimization of Coal production and waste generation in shift operations
  • Execute action plan to minimize losses, rejects and reworks in shift operations
  • Execute resource optimization including Man, Machines, Materials, Supplies & Utilities in shift operations
  • Complying statutory, regulatory requirements and audit observations
  • Execute action plan for supply of Coal as per Mines targets
  • Deliver quality and quantity of Coal as per customers requirement
  • Supervise and monitor the team to deliver production in shift operations
