Role Overview: The SEO Specialist and Web Designer is responsible for optimizing the company's website and media content to increase visibility and traffic through search engine optimization (SEO). This role also involves designing and developing website enhancements to improve usability and engagement, collaborating closely with content creators and marketing strategists to ensure best practices are followed.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Monitor and improve website performance and user experience.

Design and develop website enhancements to improve usability and engagement.

Collaborate with content creators and marketing strategist to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and algorithms.

Web Design Proficiency: Proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Data Analysis: Ability to analyze website performance data and make data-driven decisions.

Technical SEO: Understanding of technical SEO aspects such as site architecture, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
