Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Arobuz. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, building high-quality backlinks, analyzing web analytics, and optimizing on-page SEO. You will play a crucial role in improving website visibility and driving organic traffic to our clients websites.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page SEO.
- Develop effective strategies for search engine optimization, including on-page and off-page tactics.
- Establish frameworks and processes for SEO implementation across teams to ensure optimal results.
- Supervise a team of SEO experts, providing guidance and support.
- Lead SEO strategies, defining budget, resources, and success metrics for both on-page and off-page efforts.
- Dive deep into SEO reporting, improving data quality and creating funnel reports as needed, and defining tasks for teams on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Perform keyword research aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and possess a strong grasp of technical SEO.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Team to develop a content pipeline, securing necessary resources with management buy-in.
- Analyze SEO insights and compile comprehensive reports covering audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, and more.
Requirements
- 2.5 or more years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably with 2-3 years in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving ranking improvements in competitive markets.
- Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, HTML/CSS, and experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude, analytical mindset, and a sense of ownership towards performance and company success.
