Job Description

Job Overview:

The SEO Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the company's SEO strategy. This role involves performing keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and monitoring SEO performance. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about the latest SEO trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords relevant to our business.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking to enhance search engine visibility.

Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to ensure that the website meets all technical SEO requirements, such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and proper indexing.

Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed for new and existing content.

Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.

SEO Audits: Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure the website follows best practices.

Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and provide regular reports to management.

Stay Updated on SEO Trends: Keep up to date with industry developments and algorithm changes to adjust SEO strategies as needed.

Local SEO: Manage and optimize Google My Business and other local SEO efforts to enhance local search visibility.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of local SEO strategies and tools.

Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing channels.

Familiarity with technical SEO audits and implementations.
