Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our team at ReachLocal India. As the Search Engine Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SEO management
- Proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in team management and mentoring
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for maximum visibility and relevancy
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics
- Identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness of SEO strategies
- Track and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings
- Provide recommendations and guidance to improve website performance and user experience
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists
