Job Title: SEO Associate
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, or similar roles
- Familiarity with standard and current SEO practices
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Support in managing onsite and offsite optimization projects and provide performance reports
- Conduct keyword research to support content creation and optimization efforts
- Assist in reviewing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
- Support off-page optimization efforts such as link-building campaigns
- Collaborate with SEO Manager and team members to execute successful SEO strategies
- Collect and analyze data on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects to provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on SEO and integrated marketing trends and developments
- Support in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Understanding of social media and its impact on SEO
- Knowledge of PPC campaigns and other paid advertising methods
