Role Description
As an SEO Analyst at our company, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SEO strategies that elevate our visibility and rankings across search engines.
Skill Set
- Expertise in technical SEO, user experience optimization, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development best practices.
- Experience with optimizing for Core Web Vitals and improving page speed performance.
- Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Also hands on with AD Campaign Management in Google, Linkedin, Meta etc, Cost Optimization, Landing Page Generation & Optimization, Setting up Funnels, Analytics & Tracking, Search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Keyword Research, Email Marketing, SEM, SMM, SMO, Technical SEO, Content marketing, SEO audits
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to improve crawlability, indexability, and site structure, ensuring search engine bots can easily navigate and index our webpages.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create user-centric webpages that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and mobile-friendliness.
- Implement page speed optimization techniques, including minification of CSS/JavaScript, image optimization, and leveraging Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to improve loading times.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals metrics such as LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), FID (First Input Delay), and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Utilize Google Search Console to analyze search performance, identify indexing issues, and track keyword rankings, impressions, and click-through rates.
- Set up goal tracking and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics to measure and analyze user interactions, conversions, and ROI from organic search traffic.
- Develop strategies to acquire high domain authority backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, and content partnerships to improve our website's authority and search engine rankings.
- Build, scale, and optimize digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
- Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels (e.g., landing pages, ad copy, creative, etc.)
- Measure, track, and optimize engagement from the top of the funnel throughout the customer journey to ensure marketing is accelerating sales efforts to close business.
