Flexsin Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to our paid media campaigns. We welcome candidates with 1+ years of experience or freshers with relevant internship exposure who are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring that budgets, bids, and targeting align with client goals.
Strategy and Execution:
- Develop strategic ad campaigns based on thorough research and understanding of target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis to ensure optimal ad delivery and engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-quality creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on KPIs, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data to make informed decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Audience and Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising to ensure campaigns are current and effective.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (internship experience counts for freshers).
- Proven ability to set up and optimize paid campaigns, including search, display, video, and social media ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including keyword planning and audience targeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
