Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Outright Creators, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand's online presence, engage our target audience, and drive meaningful interactions. You will play a crucial role in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Identify key social media platforms for the company's presence and determine content strategies for each platform.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other media, that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's voice.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative content.
- Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers, addressing concerns, and maintaining a friendly and approachable online presence.
- Content Calendar and Scheduling:
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across all social media channels.
- Schedule and publish posts, considering optimal posting times for maximum engagement.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Provide regular reports detailing performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Paid Social Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and monitoring.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Stay Abreast of Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to leverage new opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaboration:

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, and audience behaviors.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and grammar.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
