Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media Manager to manage our US-based client accounts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media campaigns, a deep understanding of US markets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be located in or around Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets, monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the US market.
- Manage client communication and deliver reports to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, specifically for US accounts.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with successful outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while being a part of a global team.
- Willingness to work night shifts to cater to US time zones.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
