Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
Experience working with digital organizations
Experience working on product and customer strategy
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in digital marketing
Experience with technical aspects of Search and shopping advertising, and experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions
Expertise in the performance ecosystem, with a focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption
Expertise across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping and App Campaigns)
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business, planning, pitching with in-country teams, and implementing processes.
Understand the customer's business goals, and lead a Search and Commerce strategy.
Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
Deliver outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers by leading portions of projects that are integrated into overarching efforts, including campaign strategy development and monitoring spend and performance to meet and exceed customer business goals.
Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations.
