Requirement
1+ years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment
Experience in Malaysia market would be an advantage
Experience working in Permanent or C2H staffing.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a consulting/ staffing agency)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Strong decision-making skill
