Job Description
Key responsibilities: Secy to the Regional P&L head for travel & stay, calendar mgmt., customer meetings, travel settlements & approvals of all nature, crucial mail follow-ups (60%)Bid assistance for admin activities, C4C updation (exceptional basis), PR-PO process mgmt (PJ-ESS & SE) and slide assistance for customer meetings (20%)E2E customer visit coordination (meeting slots, meeting venue organization, F&B etc .), Mktg events & internal team meetings (W,M, H1, Annual) (10%)Gifts, articles (procurement, inventory), dept coordination for common topics, travel budgeting at SE level (10%)
Qualifications
Bachelors in any stream/ Science/Maths/Economics preferrable
Additional Information
- 2-3 yrs of experience in similar coordination activities, sales function knowledge, purchasing process knowledge, CRM tool understanding, business portfolio overview-Knowledge of the above in Bosch/SDS/BGSW would be an added plus
