Job Description

Selling.com is the only B2B Contact Database and Sales Engagement platform sales and marketing teams need to expand revenue. Our SaaS platform empowers revenue teams to find ideal customers, drastically reduce the time it takes to connect with prospects, and automate non-selling tasks to spearhead outbound success.

Role: Sales Development Manager

Compensation: Significant hike on the current salary.

Location: Office in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST.

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Development Manager to lead a team of US market SDRs.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Take complete ownership of hiring, coaching, mentoring, and leading the team.
  • Hold team accountable for required activity and results.
  • Constantly look for system problems that are getting in the way of your team's success and find solutions to fix them.
  • Conduct regular team meetings - designed to train the team on key skills.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member to coach and develop them.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience leading a US market SaaS sales Team.
  • 3+ years of B2B IT cold calling and sales experience
