This is a remote position.
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and opportunities, tracking progress, and updating CRM systems.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and solution presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our IT services and how they can address client pain points.
- Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of Salesforce products and industry knowledge to communicate the value proposition of our IT services effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluent in English.
